Information requested

Thank you for your request which I received on 12 February 2022.  You asked for:

A copy of all correspondence between Anil Rai of Focus Wealth Management, representing the Coal Exchange Hotel LLP and associated companies with Welsh Government in relation to the Coal Exchange Building in Cardiff

Our response

Following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you require is not held by the Welsh Government.  

The FOIA further states that to be a valid request under the act, the request should state the name of the applicant. See section 5 of the ICO guidance here.

On this occasion, to save time, I have confirmed that the information is not held in any case.
