Action 1: an update on restorative approaches work will be discussed at the next board meeting in July. 

Action 2: the Supreme Court ruling will be discussed as a substantive item at the next board meeting in July. 

Action 3: Chair and Welsh Government to consider what an in-person meeting might look like / including any financial implications prior to any proposals being made. 

Action 4: Chair and Welsh Government will meet to discuss the points raised today in respect of the Terms of Reference and send a revised version for members ahead of the next meeting. 

Action 5: the work plan is to be discussed as an agenda item at the October board meeting.  

Action 6: board members to send their nominations for a chair of the board to Welsh Government secretariat by 16th May. 

Action 7: duplicate data submissions are being received from 1 of the police forces, the Chair will raise this with the force. 

Action 8: Welsh Government and representative from Cardiff University to discuss work on foreign interference being undertaken by Cardiff University.
